Just wondering what you aspire to weigh? I'm 5'10" and my goal weight range is 155-160 lbs.

I am 6'0 and aiming for about 190. I have a really big frame too, so any less and I start looking a bit boney.

It's 174 at the moment. I am 184 now. I'm going to see how I feel once I get to that weight.

180lbs for my 6ft frame, I got down to 189 last year & looked great but my stomach was still too pouchy so hoping another 9lbs will come off that area :D

I'm currently at 152 and my goal right now is 150. I'm thinking about going down to 145-140.. but I'm not exactly too sure. I'm also 5'9.

Im 5'11" and want to be in ONEderland...thats about my only weight goal. haha. When I started this journey I weighed in at 295. I have a VERY large frame (wrist measures at 7.5") so I think that anything less than 195ish is going to be too thin. But at 262 currently I still have a LONG way to go! :) But 100 pounds total loss is my goal!

I'm 5'11" and my goal weight is 135-140. However, I have a very small frame and wouldn't recommend this weight for a medium to large frame adult woman. My wrists are TINY. I weighed 130 after having children and at that weight my body fat % was right where it needed to be within a healthy range. Currently, I weigh 160 and my body fat% is 36 which is too high (considered overweight) for my height and small frame. I don't want to look skinny or emaciated, I just want to be healthy with muscle definition again :)

The lowest Ive weighed in my adult life is 140-145, but I was in my 20's and very fit and muscular.
I dont like looking muscular, and want to keep a softness about me, but I still want to be fit,
so I figure 150 is the lowest I should go. Im 5'10" btw!

I'm 5'10" and currently 171lbs. I'm aiming for a weight between 155-160lbs. Before I had my daughter I was 158lbs and was very happy with that so I would love to get back there!!

have you ever been that weight as an adult? if you have and it fits your frame... then you should be fine  but for example... i have never been anything less than 175 at this height (and that was when i was ripped and a super athlete in HS  lol) so i am shooting for 190 now, and if i get there and feel like i can healthily (not a word..) get lower, then maybe i will. but my goal is 190 for now

Same here, 5'10" with a goal of 150. When I was in high school and swimming 3 hours a day, I was at 140. There's no way that's happening again, number one because I don't have 3 hours a day to go swimming, and number 2 if I did have 3 hours, I probably wouldn't spend it all exercising , so I feel like 150 is reasonable for me, but like Jenn said, it's all based on your build.

I haven't been under 200 lbs in over 20 years. I'll be thrilled to get below that. Then I want to shoot for about 185. My lowest adult weight was 157 don't know if I can get that low again.

I've set my aim as 190 (101lbs total weight loss), but I have no idea how that's going to look on me. The last time I was that size or thinner I was about 19. In fact, I have no idea, I never weighed myself when I was younger.

    I'm 6ft.

I'm 5'10" also with the goal of 150. My lowest adult weight was 155. I'm only 9lbs away from goal so I feel pretty confident it's obtainable!

I'm 5'10". I've never as an adult weighed less than 175 except when I was very ill living in India and it was not a good look ;) My goal is basically to have my weight start with a 1. Then after that it's all about fitness, and I'll see where that takes me.

I love friend requests from other tall girls, especially ones who exercise regularly and have open diaries so feel free to add me!

I'd love to see 175 again, but anything under 200 is going to be a happy happy day! 5'10" age 36.

OMG!!! I had no idea this group existed on here and this SO JUST MADE MY DAY ya'll!!! LOL

I am 6'2" and my goal is 199 (can't say 200, come on now lol) - but my aspirational goal is 185. The last time I ws 185 I was 17 and still thought I was fat as hell, so it should be a learning process along the way as to what I want to end up as! I have what I would call a medium frame, if not small - I just wouldn't know for sure bc I've been overweight practically my whole life.

How would you go about deciding how "large" your frame is??

I'm 5'10" with a large bone structure. My goal weight was 180 and I honestly would have been fine to stay there when I reached it (I had a healthy body fat % and everything), but I haven't quite gotten the hang of the whole "maintenance" thing and am currently 168.6. I am ok with that as I am fit and healthy, but I definitely don't want to get much (or any) thinner.

Keep in mind, though, that if you are still very overweight, this might show you as having a larger frame than you really do. Your wrist will shrink a bit along with fat. Mine was 7.25 when I started, now at a healthy weight it's 6.75" - still large frame, but that .5" could make a difference.

Oh wow - mine's 7"! I really don't carry a lot of fat on my wrist area at all, so I doubt with any more of my weight loss it will go down significantly. Interesting! Guess I am "big boned" after all! LOL
