Tuesday: 0 Not gonna moan about it because I needed it. 4.5 for the week
Wednesday: 3.8 miles of running + 2.7 miles of walking = 6.5 miles total = 11.0 miles for the week
Thursday: 2.6 miles of walking = 13.6 miles for the week
Had to adjust yesterday's total. Had forgotten to add my walk to school and back.0 -
Wow I just tried to post on the other place we were on and it wouldn't go.... I can't remember where I left off as I have had a rough week, haven't made it to the gym since Sunday. I think I had 4.25 miles on Sunday. I hope you got it Reese? Even tho I am way behind this week I still want to participate!0

Hi there, good to see everyone is still hard at it. I haven't done this challenge for the last couple of weeks because I've had other things going on. I plan to start again with you all this Sunday if that's ok.
I have made a start on the C25K, currently on Week 2, so I am hoping that my miles will be a combination of walking and running instead of just walking0 -
Day 1 (Sunday 6/11) - 3.5 km
Day 2 (Monday 7/11) - 6.5 km
Day 2 (Monday 7/11) - 3 km (yup another 3 km in the evening)
Day 3 (Tuesday 8/11) - 0 km
Doc told me to take it easy for at least a week.....muscle cramp. But I am planning to take off for 2 days. I will be back on Thursday.
Day 4 - 0 km :sad::sad:
Day 5 - 7.5 km. Total to date is 20.5 km
Day 6 - 6 km. Total to date is 26.5 km0 -

I'm at my weekly goal and have 2 more days to better it!
I actually walk more than this but I don't count the distance when my grandson is also walking. He does pretty well for a 17 month old but it truly is more like a crawl for me! I also tend to round down (ie: 2.2 miles will be counted as 2). Just easier for me!0 -
