So this man claims this is the hardest pushup/plank to do in the World, record yourself and post it if you're in the elite 1%.

    I tried and it looked like I was just laying on the floor. My 9 year old nephew was watching and said "Ok Uncle, you gonna start now?"

    haha. It's pretty similar to a standing ab wheel rollout basically. Except I think the ab wheel rollouts are a bit easier on my shoulder.

    And yeah, doing these after deadlifts is going to be tough!

  • s-h-i-t!! I gave myself a headache trying. I taped it and it's awful. I'll keep trying. my butt is not in line with my back and keeps bouncing up. It's tough!

    I must say vids of doing this and failing would be pretty funny. Pretty much just laying on the ground looking like you're doing nothing but really all tensed up like crazy. I'll get a vid next time I do them. I'll do it in the gym though, not office.
  • mine was more like humping the ground/air with my butt. lol. okay, maybe not THAT bad.

    I could only do two,my wife mandagurlee witnessed it to assure proper form,I am sore from chopping wood all day so I'm sure I can do a few more,I will try again the day after tomorrow & record it & upload to YouTube.

    I would start with ab wheel rollouts from knees. Once you can do lots of them, try from your toes (very hard!) and about the same strength required to do this pushup/plank.

    Need a very strong lower back.

    Oh & posted on my FB to see if anyone can do them.
