haha. It's pretty similar to a standing ab wheel rollout basically. Except I think the ab wheel rollouts are a bit easier on my shoulder.
And yeah, doing these after deadlifts is going to be tough!0 -

I must say vids of doing this and failing would be pretty funny. Pretty much just laying on the ground looking like you're doing nothing but really all tensed up like crazy. I'll get a vid next time I do them. I'll do it in the gym though, not office.0

I would start with ab wheel rollouts from knees. Once you can do lots of them, try from your toes (very hard!) and about the same strength required to do this pushup/plank.
Need a very strong lower back.
