Hi Tim and Whorehey,
I was in Arizona, my wife was attending a conference & we had an Alaskan Airlines companion fare about to expire, so it seemed like a good idea. Warm and sunny. Great job to both of you on the loss last week.
CWW = 203.6

Trying to get past staying the same, but at the same time, eating healthy and not doing the crash diet thing.

Sooo in hindsight maybe having all you can eat Korean BBQ the night before our weigh in was a bad idea, but it sure was yummy!!

That's too funny. I know how you feel as I had Safeway Chinese food last night and it was probably loaded with sodium. I am going to cheat though and weigh myself again tonight or possibly tomorrow morning.
If you want to give me a new update in the morning, I'll accept that too.

Ok, here is the chart. I did drop a half pound since yesterday but am still up 1.7 for the week. Was totally not expecting this as I was really good with my diet all week up until Thursday night and I exercised 5 out of 7 days. Let's see what happens next week.

I had a great week. I've been really trying to stick to eating better and getting in some type of exercise. I did take one night off this week and felt guilty doing it. I'd like to maybe do a little more on the exercise days and maybe relax more than one day a week. I go in for some blood work next week and have another appointment with my new doc the following week. I would like to try and impress the doc with a significant accomplishment in the 3 months since my last appointment.
Anyways, I am down 2.9 pounds this week.

I don't believe it! I totally spaced on stepping on the scale today. I will weigh myself either tonight or more likely in the morning. I've had a very busy week here at work and at home. Don't know where my head was at.0

A few too many beers and buffets in Vegas for me I guess, here are my numbers for this week...

Almost a week in Vegas and you only gain 0.6? I'd call that a good week.
I also gained this week

I gained a lot these past two weeks.

But I had a good time in San Francisco. Now back at it and try to get down below 200 in two or three weeks.

Welcome home Dave! Glad you had a good time, hope you also brought some of that southern CAL weather back with you. I'm sure you will whittle away those last few pounds here in the upcoming weeks.

Okay lose it try # 4 billion and ....i can't count that high. I weighed in at 323.6 yesterday morning after two days of juicing. I am feeling a little better, but still constantly tired. I have gone up 26 lbs from my lowest and back on all my BP meds and anti-depressants. Hoping to jump start and get back off of them again. Hoping to find some work closer to home eventually. This 3 hour round trip commute everyday is taking its toll. Vikki is starting to do much better, so that is a bright spot. Hope I can be more positive next week and post a loss. Fingers crossed and alarms on the doughnut and bagel shops. :-)
