Oh and if you haven't tried Jillian Michaels "No More Trouble Zones" you should its 57 minutes but it works every part of your body. This is probably my new favorite workout!0 -

I can admit it.....Im addicted to the scale so taking this challenge on I WAS REALLY WORRIED....Im happy to know Im not the only fighting this fight....& even when weighing in once a week I had to make myself wait til the same day every week lol0 -
