1st Day of Christmas Challenge Exercises!!!!!

DAY 1..

“On the 1st day of Christmas my Awesome Sauce Momma sent to me, 200 mountain climbers”

Description of Exercise!!!!

Begin in a pushup position on the hands and toes. Bring the right knee in towards the chest, resting the foot on the floor. Jump up and switch feet in the air, bringing the left foot in and the right foot back. Continue alternating the feet as fast as you safely can..

    OMG thought I was gonna die there!! Did ALL 200 and very proud of that........... 43 cals burned 4m 41seconds. (with three breaks)

    oops I thought it was starting wednesday... I did 40 yesterday for another challenge thought :) I will get to work... but I do mine a little different, I can't do the jumping and changing feet so I stay stationary adn bring each one in as far as I can and as quickly as I can :)

    Okay, I just saw this post and I'm going to try my best to stick with this challenge so I'll be starting tomorrow. I think the strategy that I'm going to use is to get this out of the way before my other workouts. Hopefully I'll still be able to bring it after you finish beating the crap out of me :grumble: :laugh:

    I love this challenge and I love it starts today that is my birthday!

    I did them and the whole time my 1yr laughed and if I stopped (because I thought I was going to die) He would say again! again! and clap! Man I love that little man and what a motivator he has become :-)

    I haven't done those since middle school! I ended up having to break them down into smaller increments but I did it!! :happy:

    OMG!

    That was so tough after doing a 30 min walk/run. My arms are shaking!!!

    I am proud to say that I did complete 200 moutain climbers with lots of breaks of course!

    Never done these before. Wow, I am out of breath.
  • Done! Had to do them in increments and take a few breaks, but, I got em done! Could not believe I did!

    Just finished mine this afternoon. Am so proud of myself. It is the longest mountain climbers rep I've ever done.
