I really like the little challenges each week.
This week, I gave up flavored creamer in my morning coffee...used flavored coffee, a little skim milk, and a packet of truvia instead. I really don't miss the creamer, still get to have my morning caffeine fix, AND saved about 120 per morning!
Result: down almost 2 pounds this week! :happy:0 -
Well, I have had some wine. But, I'm trying to stay within my calorie limit.0

I will not eat peanut butter without measuring - just one serving not one jar!
I did have peanut butter several times this past week BUT used a measuring spoon every time!0 -
I haven't had any naughty nibble for about 4 days now and am def liking the more fruit and veg
is there any sign of a week two challenge?0 -
I have three bad habits that are all counterproductive to my weight loss efforts.
1. Eating portion sizes that are too large.
2. Not exercising consistently.
3. Not drinking at least 64 oz. of water a day.
For the next 7 days, I will cut back on portions, drink the required water and exercise at least 5 days.
My new mantra: Make no excuses, accept no excuses, just get it done!0 -
This week, i'm making myself work out- every day!0
