Day 2 in the books! Rewarding myself with a cup of strong coffee. Putting the alarm clock across the room helped me get my butt out of bed this early!

Day 2 completed for me too, strange though I thought I´d put more effort in today and burnt less calories, maybe because I went for a walk beforehand ! :bigsmile:0

LOL I know... I rolled out of bed this morning and could hardly get out and was thinking I can't do this again! But I did! Go me!0 -
I did it! Even though my 2 year old interrupted me quite a few times. I still struggled but did better than yesterday IMO.0

I woke up this morning in so much pain. My thighs hurt so badly and the muscles through my back were so angry. I made myself do day 2, but it was hard to make myself get started. Yowwwwww. The first set of lunges? Literally made me scream out loud.
It can only get better because it can't possibly feel any worse.0 -
i started two days before the challenge started im on D4L1 and im still getting sore in different places.....but pain is gain right???!!!! im still doing the modified exercises but ooh do i feel it!!!0

I love the idea of the alarm! I always struggle wit getting up in the morning to workout so that is what I will do tonight! I will get mt Day 2 in tonight and tomorrow morning do day 3!!!! I just hope I dont run back to bed after I turn my alarm off LOL!!!:yawn:0 -
