    yea, when I was younger I didn't listen to my body and I just pushed through. My body don't respond to that kind of abuse as well as it used to, LOL. I had a good run yesterday and then went home and took the dog for a walk. Today is upper body and I am looking forward to it. I am on track to meet my goal for this month and have my goal set for February. I am taking measurements this weekend so I can see where I have lost inches. Good work everyone!

    day 23 was another good day, but I ran out of steam early, probably because I was up later than normal. May use tomorrow as my free day, as I hate to waste my weekends not working out when I can spend all the time I want without rushing to work. Found a new triceps exercise and it worked them hard so I have that lovely soreness i strive for!

    Loving it! My day starts every morning at 5:30 for coffee and reading and then a workout before the kids wake up. I love that alone time in the morning. I always feel so great after my workout.
    I increased my weight the beginning of week 3, then the beginning of week 4 I switched up the excercises I use
    On day 28! Down 5.5 lbs.

    Nice job to you Jaded great report...I like getting my workout completed in the morning as well. 0500 rise and in the gym by 0600 out by 0700...makes a great start, feel good during the day, exercise gives you energy!!!

    Some are in week 5 some week 6, any progress and if so please share. week 5 for me. Weight progress has had gains, and then I have weekends like this last one, (Super Bowl) and back at SW. I feel stronger and the workouts are getting better.

    Zig zag on losing for me but with an overall downward trend so thats good. Total WL 8lbs but 2 q
    1/2 " off waist-yea! Had to ease off when I recognized signs of overtraining. Measurably stronger every week ! This is week 6-halfway point for me. Overall I give myself a 90% score for staying with the plan.

    sounds like good time! Used to live at By th Bay apts at the bottom of E street. I think they got wiped out in the year of hurricanes though. Live in NE corner of MS. now.
