I've started doing a little extra cardio today - i'm aiming for 34 20 minute home zumba sessions a week, so nothing major, but I'm keen to see good results and haven't lost any inches yet... :-(0

I tried going for a jog after the shred today, but I ended up getting a killer stitch right under my lowest rib about 15 minutes in. Could this be from doing the shred beforehand? Any suggestions as to how I can keep this from happening?0
