here are my before pictures...
I am doing a challenge at my friends work and we did the starting weigh in, body fat % and waist measurements today...
very sad numbers I am 152 (which means I have to adjust my tracker:sad: ) with 37.5 waist and 32.49% body fat :sad: lets see how I do after this 30 days or 28 days now

edit to fix my body fat, had the numbers mixed up
