    I love a mOm who can kick some *kitten*! My dog B is lab, border collie & chow. Everyday day she knocks out & snores after a walk! I try hard to take her out twice a day (3 miles each) because she is anxious (like me) and nervous. I don't know about today as we have dinner plans & lots of rain.

    Black belt!!! Awesome! I am working on getting my red belt in aikido. Normally adults don't get coloured belts but we take the parent class because we are so unfit and we get the same belts as our kids. How long have you been doing Karate? We have been doing aikido since last...April maybe. It is fun and has just recently stopped being as painful as it it was at the beginning which is really a bonus!
