    M - 50 Sumo Squats and 160 High Knees
    T -50 Plank Rows
    W-50 Chest press with crazy legs up and down! (Did these early since I won't make it to the gym tomorrow.)

    M- 50 sumo squats (w/ 2lb weights) & 100 H.K.
    T- 50 plank rows w/ raises & 100 H.K.
    W- 50 lying chest press & 100 H.K.
    Th- 50 reverse crunches & 100 H.K.

    High Knees 400/500

    I have been a procrasinator this week - so far - I have gotten mon & tues done - I'll get wed & thurs done tonite - fri & sat done on Saturday and I'll get all the high knees done on Sunday - next week I will not be such a slacker!

    Doubling up to catch up.

    Today - did Sumo squats and plank rows, 50 of each.
    Just finished 300 HK as well
    Did 300 more HK and did the Lying chest press (50) and Reverse crunches (50)
    Had a bad week, so will not get to the squat hops and side obliques (sorry team) but am making a commitment to do ALL of the challenges for next week.

    Good job everyone this past week! It has been super brutal with work and I haven't been online supporting as much as I would love too. I am missing a lot of people reporting in.

    Sorry I haven't been online. This week has been hectic and this coming week is going to be crazy with me trying to get my car fixed and starting a new job this week.
