Today was HIIT 15 and I know I will feel it in the morning. The time flew by and before I knew it..it was cool down. Winded toward the end, but I expect it. I gave it my all.
How does everyone track their calorie burn during workouts? I have a Body Bugg, but also have a HRM. I've been going back and forth between the two.0 -
just a little comment about the hiit's ---I think hiit 20 is easier than hiit 15....don't ever be scared..you can always stop if it is too much:) the longer you manage the better- but not always is you are hurting!0
