    so those ^ are my before pictures..dont laugh I just had a baby five months ago and that was my itsy bitsy before baby bikini that I hope one day will fit again. :)


    Girl i just wish i looked like THAT^!! There is nothing to laugh about...i bet after this shed is over you'll b rocking that bikini!!!!
    I'll prob NEVER wear a bikini again!! That's sad, right

    How do I put a pic?!

    use image tags... for example: [ img ] URL HERE [/ img]

    make sure you remove all the spaces or it wont work!

    I am starting at 140 pounds.
    Waist (navel): 29in
    Hips: 40
    Thigh: 23
    Arm: 11 1/2
    Chest: 37

    DAY ONE is done. It was hard, and I feel like I am made of jello. Only used weights on the butterflies. I don't want to be too sore tomorrow, so I am going to work my way into weights.

    Awe thanks! Its a far cry from what I use to look like but thats to be expected. Not sure ill ever wear a bikini out in public again since I have the dreaded stretch marks on my hips. Could be worse I know. IM SO EXCITED TO SEE SOME RESULTS!! :) Im doing this and doing my usual weight lifting and mile running at the gym.

    Weight this morning was 189
    Waist- 49
    Waist flexed-47.5
    Hips- 46.5
    Hips flexed- 45.25
    Right thigh- 27
    Right thigh flexed- 27
    left thigh- 27.25
    left thigh flexed- 27
    Right Calf- 16.5
    Right calf flexed- 16
    Left Calf- 16
    Left Calf flexed- 16
    Right arm- 12
    Right arm flexed- 12
    left arm- 12
    left arm flexed- 12.25
    neck 15.5

    i have a few others but i dont think anyone else does them :-)

    I'll be weighing myself every Monday, but I usually only do measurements every 4-6 weeks, so I'll probably do them again at the end of the 30 days.

    Took my measurements and have them documented as well as my weight. Not comfortable sharing details with everyone, but will post updates with inches/pounds lost when we are supposed to. Looking to lose pounds at this point, but any inches lost will also be accepted!

    I'm right there with u ^......im just too *uncomfortable* with my weight and inches....but i will def post if any are lost....*fingers crossed*

    Measured myself this morn...ths results sickened me so not yet going to post them but i will post what i weighed this morn..

    237.6 lbs :( will definatly post every 10 days any lbs or inches lost

    Those were the only ones i took. I guess i should thighs, arms and bust! Ill do that in the am before second workout! :)

    Finished D1 L1 while my youngest was napping. This will be my second time going through 30 consecutive days of the Shred. Last time I lost almost 20lbs. But that was pre-2nd baby and I ended up gaining it back during the pregnancy.

    D1 was tough and I definitely wimpered, cursed, and sounded like I was dying at times. Those darn push ups and raises with a side lunge kill me every time!

    Starting weight: 177.4
    Waist: 40

    ok here goes with the measurements i did take these yesterday just didn't post them.

    H - 40
    S - 41 (belly button)
    W - 31
    C - 32
    B - 36

    Its the stomach area i need to really start losing it so am hoping it will work with this dvd. I haven't taken a picture but will try today although im not sure i will be posting it possibly with an after if i get some good results.

    I am still waiting for my 30day shred DVD to arrive, it shud have come yesterday. Really wanted to start it yesterday, post man has just been and still not arrived. Once it comes I will start it straight away, have taken some before pics but will do measurements and weight and put it all on 2gether. So excited to start. Good luck to everyone who is doin this. X
