    I stayed the same last week, but expected to since I had a two pound loss the week before. I fully expect a loss THIS week!!!!

    OK forgot to log last week, I have lost 15 lbs so far, 8lbs in the 1st week, 2lbs in the second and 5lbs last week :)

    Wowzers!

    I weighed last night. Another pound down, which makes a total of three. There's a possibility it will be more by Friday but I seriously doubt it.
