    I saw it on an infomercial this weekend. It was one of those half hour ones. I watched a little of it, it was mostly talking and not too much showing what the dvds are about. Wish they would have showed more examples. Alot of the people they had talking there was a blurb under them that said, they didn't lose this weight using this program. Well then why the heck show them!

    I just downloaded. It looks hardcore. I started today with the 30 day shred. If I see results I would start them90 days.
