    Well welcome to group. I mostly use the app on my phone so it's rare for me to jump on the forums however zero loss in awhile and eating a whole pizza recently as renergized my faith in this group haha

    Hello! I am a weekend binger. ugh. I am doing Jamie Eason's Live Fit Trainer and during the week I do so well, but I planned my cheat meal on Friday and its all down hill from there. Need some accountability. Feel free to friend me!

    I'm new to MFP and this group and we should breathe life into it and get it vibing again! :flowerforyou:

    The weekends are the worst time for me because I lose control and go HOG wild but I don't want to do that anymore. Hopefuly, I can find the strength to change my ways with this group!

    Let's help each other do better!
