Calling All Members the Weekend is NEAR!
Happy Firday Eve! This is the day I usually take a wrong turn in the kitchen but today, I feel too good to be BAD. So, I'm going to find a decadent but healthy recipe and GET BUSY! Wishing you Strength, Joy and PEACE! Caryn
Welcome WAG members!
Time to get our swag back on the weekends. We are sooooo perfect on the weekday and then Friday-Sunday it's an all out party. It's easy to get off course on the weekends. Believe me I know. Please introduce yourself and what is your goal(s) for the weekend. Tamara aka getfitdiva

Hi WAG members. We are 71 strong so far! I'm glad I'm not the only one who has this issue. I have a kid party on Sunday @ McDonalds so that's not too difficult. I also have a friend's 35th birthday - help me now!!! I plan to act like it's a work day and pre-plan all my meals ending w/ a high protein/nutrient rich dinner…
Why are YOUR weekends hard?

I've worked shift work for 3 years, and this is the first year I've had weekends off (I'm off Fri/Sat all year!) which is awesome, but now that my husband and I have days off together, it seems it's easier to stray from the usual weekday routine of diet/gym. During the week…
