Monday: 0
Tuesday: 0
Wednesday: 3 mile run.
Thursday: 4 miles run.

Wed - 1 mi (walk) 4 mi (ellip) 5 mi (bike..but not going to count..they were too easy)

IS IT OK IF I USE ELLIPTICAL MILES??? Due to lower back scoliosis..I can't run very long..it hurts too bad. I have to do elliptical to minimize impact on my spine. I hadn't asked if this was ok???? THANKS!0 -
