Kids were sick all last week and now I have it YUCK!!
Looking at a 5K in June Color run in KC http://thecolorrun.com/kansascity/ see if there is one in your area, 5K run jog walk or crawl not timed but fun time raising money for Ronald McDonald House Charities. I have several friend relying on the good folks at RMHC for their housing while their kids are taking chemo treatments.
Was going to sign up for the Color Run but it had sold out for the one in June. They opened registration for the one they added on July 1st opened today at 6am, server crashed so at this point I don't know if it's still open.
I hope you feel better soon!!!

Ok, guys I just need to share some great news before I post my miles. I am currently trainingfor my first half marathon. I meet up with a running group on Tues and Thursday. The groups usually has a 4 mile route or a 6 mile route. This evening I chose to run the 6 miles. I am so soooo proud of myself. I stepped out my comfortzone and ran 6. So know that I have the confidence of knowing I can do it. It will be my norm, instead of 4.
