day 1 yesterday. And I already didn't follow the program. Lol! I did workout 1, workout 2, and the first circuit of cardio 1. The first 2 workouts are easier than ripped in 30, and I stuck w the advanced. I know they would have killed me a year ago! And I did like them and I burned 625 calories in the 70 minutes.

DAY 2 yesterday. I did Workouts 3 and 4. They are definitely more challenging than Workouts 1 and 2 and I think more appropriate for me having done Ri30 and NMTZ so often in the past few months. My back muscles are really feeling it from Workout 4.
It was 65 minutes and 593 calories.
Obviously, I'm not really sticking to the plan but I am going to try to stick with workouts 1-4 and cardio 1 for the first month.0 -
DAY 3 today I did cardio 1 for just 23 minutes. Monday is the day I exercise with my 4 year old so it's always a lighter day

pshhhh... you're crazy! i did workout 3 yesterday then wanted to get another in, so i went back to workout 2... then today, i did workout 4 but ate a cupcake and went over my cals, so i did shred it with weights level 1... i am SO sore. i don't know HOW you are doing two workouts a day. i guess because it's front and back of the body, it isn't AS rough... but workout 3 and 4 have left me SORE for the first time. i've been doing jillian workouts for at least 1.5 years and i was afraid i wasn't doing the moves right because i wasn't sore... until today that is! good luck.. you're a machine!0

You definitely made me feel good because I know a year ago I might not even make it through one of these. I can *barely* make it through 2 workouts of Ripped in 30 so I do think it's easier to do workouts 3 and 4 than ripped in 30. I'm really looking forward to Phase 2! Right now I'm going to stick to alternating between workouts 1 and 2 and 3 and 4. So Phase 1 for me will be: 1&2, 3&4, cardio, 3&4, 1&2, cardio, rest day. lol. because i don't think i could do 3&4 two days in a row.

Inline Skating this morning for 26 minutes. 248 calories.
I'll edit with more later! I'm hoping to take a walk with my sons today and hopefully do workouts 1 and 2 tonight but I might just do 1 OR 2. lol. Wednesday is the day I work 7:30-1:30 instead of 7:30-4:30 so I try to get in a little extra when I can.0 -

Curiosity killed the cat. I just had to try out a phase 2 workout. Lol. Jk. I
Still alive . I liked it. There were some ripped in 30 moves in there.
Today was supposed to be a rest day by the schedule but Monday is my rest day/light day every week.0 -
Day 8, march 10
Cardio 1, 25 minutes, 244 calories
It goes by fast so I like it. Lol0 -
Day9. Rest day! Exercise has been difficult the past 2 days because my LO has hand, foot, and mouth disease. It's not serious but sicky baby takes a lot if energy .
I hate seeing him sick but I know he is feeling better tonight so he'll be better soon.
Hopefully I'll be able to get a good workout in tomorrow.0 -

Day 11. Cardio 1. I also did a few minutes of workout 1 then decided I was too tired

Day 12!
71 minute walk pulling my kids in the wagon PLUS workout 4. I burned 333 doing workout 4 today. I was feeling really great about how well I did. I did a little extra wherever possible, stayed LOW almost the entire time during the squat rows, weights during surrenders, dancing around between moves, etc.
I'm previewing workout 12 rightn ow and it definitely looks tough. They move through the moves super fast and the moves don't look easy. lol.0 -
Day 13. Workout 3
35 minutes, 328 calories
Very busy day today so I'm glad I got this in.0 -
Day 14. Cardio 2. 32 minutes 308 calories. Really wanted to try cardio 2. I like it for the same reason I like cardio 1-- goes fast.

I'm feeling really lousy today. Might end up having a few days off and starting again at day 150

I took 3 rest days for sickiness. I'm going to call today day 16. Rollerblading plus workout 4. 64 minutes, 654 calories. Good to be back! Lol.0

Yesterday was Day 17. I went for a 63 minute walk, pulling my sons in the wagon, and I did workout 3.0

Yesterday was Day 18. Cardio 2, 251 calories. I over ate at dinner time and then it was so hard to get that workout in. I could just feel the food sitting in my stomach. ouch. So that's why my burn was lower I think.0
