Day 23 yesterday! I did workout 6. 33 minutes, 277 calories. :-D0

Day 24. Workouts 4 and 1 and a half hour walk :-)0

Day 25. Day off from Jillian because I'm out of town. 45 minutes elliptical and a 25 minute walk.0

Can you share weight or inches lost so far?
I'm planning to check once I get to 30 days I tihnk I've lost about 5 lbs and about half an inch off my hips and half an inch off my waist. I know that my 11/12 work pants were too tight when I started and now they're too loose. So that's good!0 -
Day 26 was a rest day. I was at my work conference then drove home and I was just not feeling energetic AT ALL! lol.0

Day 26 was rest day. Day 27 (yesterday) was workout 5 and a walk. There's plenty I can't do in workout 5 so I just did my best. Lol0

Yesterday was day 28! YAY! I did workout 2 because I realized I had only done it ONCE so far. LOL. I decided to be sure I do each workout at least 4 times so I can say I completed the whole program.... even if I'm always out of order.0

Day 29. I didn't do a jillian workout because Monday is my typical rest day (my son stays up really late on mondays). But I did walk about a mile... and it was half a mile downhill pushing a cart and half a mile back uphill pushing the cart loaded with about 125 lbs so it was a good workouts. Tonight I'm going to do a Jillian workout. Kind of bad that I've had 3 nights without this week because of my conference.0

Day 30 yesterday! wow!!! I just HAD to try workout 8! lol. I liked it 35 minutes, 312 calories I think it was.0

Day 31 yesterday was workout 3. I suppose I need to stick to the Phase 2 workouts more but since I've done them some in Phase 1 I'm sure I'll be fine. My plan is to make sure I do each workout at least 4 times since that's how many she has in her plan.0

Day 32 yesterday was yet another rest day. i need to pick it up with the Jillian Workouts!0

Day 33 I did workout 8. I was wrestling with my resistance cable too much! lol.0

Day 34. Workout 5 and a 50 minute walk to and from the farmers market.
Day 35 was Easter. I started the day off right with a 30 minute/3 mile skate. I didn't have time to do any Jillian workout.
Day 36 is today and Monday is my rest day0 -
Day 37 was yesterday and I was not very happy with myself. I was hoping to do 2 workouts and so go for about 65 minutes. Well I started feeling light headed around 20 minutes in to workout 5 so I QUIT! IDK why I was feeling light headed because I think I had plenty to eat and I don't remember experiencing that before ????
Well today is Day 38 and I went rollerblading this morning and planning to go for a walk later and do workout 6 all the way through. lol0 -
just realized i already posted that I did workout 6 and rollerblading for day 38. lol ^^^^^^^^^^

Day 39 was yesterday. My left wrist and my right shoulder are really hurting me these past 2 days! my wrists get sore quite often but the shoulder thing is weird! So I went rollerblading last night for 290 calories. That's the first time I rollerbladed in the pm0

Day 40 Workout 2
Day 41 Workout 8, 30 minute walk
Day 42 Workout 5, 30 minute walk
Day 43 Cardio 3 (just the first 20 minutes, working out with my son. He did good making it that long!)
Day 44 REST DAY. My son had tee ball practice and I walked for 45 minutes just back and forth around the fields area, pushing my younger son in his stroller.
Day 45 is today and I went skating this morning, going for a walk after work, and going to do a Jillian workout after the kids go to bed, I'm thinking workout 6.
ETA--AND I JUST REALIZED DAY 45 PUTS ME HALF WAY THROUGH MY 90 DAYS! LOL.0 -

Day 48. WO 8
Sunday through Wednesday I was on a work trip. I'm going to just say
Day 49. Rest Day
Day 50. 55 minute elliptical workout at the hotel gym
and skip the other days. lol.
So today will be Day 51 and back to Jillian Workouts!0
