    I'm down over 35lbs so far from this amazing diet/lifestyle. I have eaten "right" and exercised all of my life. It wasn't until I had my blood tested that I learned why I couldn't lose weight. I dropped carbs and suddenly all of my hard work is paying off!

    Subscribed to the Reddit Keto forum yesterday and then found this group. I know next to nothing about Keto. I was looking at Atkins but I've found with what I have read so far that Keto seems better for me. My wanting to learn the basics of the Keto lifestyle so I can start and get support while doing this is the reason I came here.
