    I've been on keto for almost 16 months and have lost around 80 pounds! I'm aiming for at least 100. My friends list has gotten a little stale lately and I'd love to have more reddit ketoers on it for support and motivation :)

    Restarted Keto on 9/14/2015.

    Was previously Keto for a year and fell off the wagon due to stress eating. I need to get back to Keto....so far I have been able with no issues and I feel great! Send me a note if you like....just let me know its a fellow Ketoer please :)
