    After searching the supermarked isles for my 100 calorie snack i have found the following. Most are quite cheap too

    Milo Combo Mousse - 100 Cals
    Half an eggplant grilled with garlic - 50 cals
    Yoplait Forme Yoghurts 175g - 80 Cals
    Greeland Stirfry mix (In a can) 224g - 50 Cals
    2 Carrot and beetroot dip - 100 Cals
    Sun Rice Cracker x 2 with laughing cow slice - 100

    Still trying to find some more too :) Obvoiusly the fresh fruit is the best a nice punnet of strawbs, blueberries, some figs etc :)

    I love having a Banana, apple, some nut trail mix or I love having sushi its small but filling.

    If im feeling like something sugary I have a square or 2 of Lindt 85% Cacao Dark chocolate or a nestle soleil chocolate mousse =]
