"Let's Get Moving" Challenge!!!! For ALL TEAMS!!!!

Hello to ALL participants!!!! It is time to challenge ourselves so we can Get Moving & burn some calories!!!! This challenge is going to be to burn 3500 calories this week! 3500 cals burned = 1 lb! Let's see how many of us can do this! You need to post on here daily the following information:

I can't wait to do this kind of curious to see how many calories I burn from exercising. Sure I can look back @ previous weeks and add it all up, but it will make me more accountable doing it this way.0

I like this challenge. I only hope I can burn enough calories with my hectic work schedule. I'll be working 4 days this week. I can't seem to get my exercise in when I'm working 12.5 hour days plus 1 hour in commute. I'll try my best to get enough calories in on my days off0

OK everyone.....Ready.... Set..... Gooooo!!!! Let's Get Moving!!!!!! I want see everyones daily posts on here !!!! Please remeber, like in all of our challenges.... The important thing is that u challenge yourself! If you normally burn 500 cals per week.... This week shoot for 600!!! If you normally burn4000 per week.... This week aim for 4500!!!! As long as you are moving and burning.... You have succeeded at this challenge! Now get up!!!!!

I burned 339 doing boot camp and also burned 136 walking 3mph with a incline of 4. A total burn of 475. I also did 10 push-ups and 25 squats.0 -
Did cardio p90x 45mins
Abs ripper 15mins
walking dog for 30mins
Fitbit only measured 704 cals0 -

how burned: running at 5.3 for 15 minutes and then weight circuit.
By the way I am proud of myself for running for 15 minutes @ 5.3 because I usually can only do 12 minutes @ 5.0. Oh and I was at 2% incline. (I think that is right on the treadmill I was on an incline of 2).0 -

Not a great day. I’m suffering bad shin splints on my right leg from the 5k I did yesterday in 54 minutes…..KILLER have another one next week end too.

40 mins in Spinning class = 200 cals
Total = 275.
Looking forward to cardio and circuit class tomorrow morning, although can't push quite as hard as normal after giving blood at the weekend.0 -
