Saturday March 24
I burned 596 calories today between the gym and circuit training. For the week I am at 1787. I don't think I will make the weekly goal because I have bursitis (spelling?) and osteoarthritis that has been really hurting my knee and hip. I had to take it easy (besides work) Weds. and Thurs. However, I am still proud that I am pushing on and not making any excuses. Now I am off to put up my leg, take my Rx cream and throw a bag of frozen green beans on my knee. :laugh:0 -

Today was my first day back to the gym after 2 weeks home with my son!!!! I am exhausted!!! I need to get back in shape!!!!!!!! NOT giving up!!!!!!!!!!0 -
Yesterday March 25 I burned 702 calories by using the arc trainer (45 min), treadmill (20 min.) and a leasure walk through the zoo. For the week I totaled at 2489 which didn't hit the 3500 goal, but still a strong burn considering the injury. Great job everyone!0
