    Total calories burned for the challenge 3429, usually I have tomorrow as a recovery day but I think I will go on a small walk just to get over the 3500 mark.

    Saturday - 542 cal - taster ski lesson, 2 hours sledging, airboarding, luge and tubing

    Total calories burned for the challenge 3528. I manage to finish it even with it being a week of being sick most of the week. It feels good to hit a goal you set for yourself!

    My total last week was3495 calories burned.

    Today I burned, 18min. ab circut-196, 35 min. bike-207, 20 min. walking-101, 5 min. stair climbing-55.
    A total of 559 calories burned.

    Gonna only do 4 weekday sessions this week but I'm really going to make them count and burn more in 4 days than last week!
