By the way, i've lost an inch on my chest and 1 inch on my waist in 3 weeks. I'm doing 45 min of cardio 5 days a week as well and dieting.0

Wow! Well done !!! I'm also trying to run for 10-20 minutes.
Alright tomorrow I'm continuing those wonderful workouts!
ps: I really like to call myself a 'pilate chick' hahaha0 -
yeah! Just managed 15 minutes of POPilates on youtube. I'm going to build up from here and I'm curious about your workout :-) But I'm taking it slowly right now.

I did that POP on utube once too. I went back to Jennifer. But i didn't do anything last night due to stressful scary hurricane. But I'll be back on the bike and pilates today.0

Ugh, I came down with a little cold yesterday and today I am resting and trying to ensure it doesn't get worse, as I have a tendency to get bronchitis whenever I get the sniffles. Be back soon, tomorrow maybe.0

11 sessions down! I m really feeling it today ;-) plus: it's getting a bit too cold outside for me to run every day, so I'll grab every opportunity to go outdoors but I think Pilates will be my number 1 workout in November

Im in for this. I have been doing pilates on and off for about three years now and am just getting back into it again now. I tend to prefer the marie windsor ones and do the circle one when im just getting back into it and then her other ones as i progress along. I have 2 sessions down now so am hoping to do it regularly again!0 -
I'm in too! I have the Method Pilates for Weight Loss with Brooke SIler, the Windsor Pilates Circle, and just ordered the 10 Minute Solution from Amazon, should be here in a couple of days. So I am going to be alternating these.
I have completed 1 session!!
Question - do you guys try to do one session every day? I'm thinking of doing it every other day, and biking for cardio on the other days.0 -
i do pilates every second day and something else in between for cardio. im on my third session today and am doing the circle workout.. next week i will move onto her other workouts which are a bit more advanced0

Just did session 2!
I did session 1 yesterday and I think it was too soon to do another one. I couldn't even do a sit-up or the teasers at all. Like you Jem I am gonna start alternating days with cardio to give my muscles a rest.0 -
