Summer challenge
weight loss 15 pounds current weight is 217.2 my weigh day is Tuesdays
NSV to fit into my size 16 jeans and my Bob Seger T-shirt (and not look like a stuffed weinner)
Exercise goal.... to find, sweat and enjoy the zumba craze
nutrition... cut back on sodium, fat and sugar
