    Just completed my second Fit Test, there was definite improvement:

    Apr 9 Apr 23
    Switch Kicks: 68 110
    Power Jacks: 41 53
    Power Knees: 57 88
    Power Jumps: 14 25
    Globe Jumps: 6 13
    Suicide Jumps: 10 12
    Push-Up Jacks: 17 25
    Low Plank Obilques: 31 65


    So even though there hasn't been any weight loss, I'm still happy about my endurance improving and fit test progress.

    Don't fret about no weight loss. Chalene (Johnson) explains it on her blog, but I think the gist is this:

    "...The motivation to start a new exercise program is almost always to lose weight. However, what most personal trainers know--and most at-home exercisers do not--is that a new exercise program often can cause an immediate (and temporary) increase on the scale. (Notice I didn't say weight gain! I'll explain.)..."

    But she's basically saying to be patient. You'll get there. :)

    Forgot to post my 2nd Fit Test Results...some improvement.
    4/9...4/23
    Switch Kicks : 78...84
    Power Jacks : 29...35
    Power Knees : 55...77
    Power Jumps : 17...19
    Globe Jumps : 5...7
    Suicide Jumps : 4...n/a* (tweaked my knee this weekend and my first suicide jump sent shooting pain up my knee - stopped right away)
    Push-up Jacks : 6...12
    Low Plank Oblique : 22...37

    So only marginal improvements. But I blame it on having to do the 1st exercise twice! yeahhhh.... that's it.... :laugh:

    Still improving on all except globe jumps! But I think I'm close to topped out. 1 more fit test to go!

    I lost a total of 9.4lbs and 9.57in. I'm starting another round of insanity on 6/2 hopefully I can lose my last 7lbs:smile:
