Yes. Passion is my top criteria for selection. It drives me nuts how everyone dances around their 1st date, 2nd date, 3rd date rules. There is no perfect formula. Just have fun, be safe, enjoy and know good things will happen.

It is possible, but not likely. The faster people get together, usually the faster they fizzle out. However, it is good to see some physical chemistry right away. It is important to me to be able to tell whether someone is physically attracted to me and whether they see me as a boyfriend. Some level of kissing will accomplish that.

Physical chemistry and an emotional connection sometimes over ride all rules that you thought you had. Sometimes due to circutstances you do twirl and more. Sometimes it even turns out to be a life changing event!:smokin:

I'm one of those with some "rules" although I've broken some along the way. But I'll try to keep to them from now on learning what I've learned.
I "twirled" with the FL very early on (3rd official date I guess you can say) and usually I would have stopped myself but I just could NOT with him. Everything flowed well and the temp in that room was smokin'! TMI TMI!
Obviously I'd love to see myself with him in the future. The hot chemistry in the bedroom just confirmed how into him I was.

I'm not really a twirl on the first date kind of girl, but yes, if the chemistry is right and it happens, then why not? Never say never to anything in life.

@Helovesme87... Something tells me there is a story here, so spill it, please

I definitely can and would. I guess it depends on the situation though, if you've known them for a while and asked them out it's way different than a complete stranger you asked on a date the day before.

That said I'd do both if the chemistry was there, it's all about the chemistry for me. If it's not there I just can't do it, I find everything else flows from there. From experience though it doesn't matter when it happens, it's just the connection with the person. I've had longer relationships with people that have on the first date than people that have made me wait for ages. I hate the idea of waiting 3 months and finding that there's no chemistry.

To illustrate as well the current person I'm seeing screwed me on the first date, then didn't want anything serious so I Was like ..great too early. We planned a hotel meet for "one last go" and we've been seeing each other since and that was a couple of months ago. It's pretty awesome!

Sure, why not? If you both feel it, go for it.

He is the most amazing, sweet, thoughtful, gorgeous man on the planet. He is a bit younger .. which troubles me a little bit .. or alot of bit .. lol. I just couldn't help myself .. although I don't think I could call it a random hookup .. we texted and emailed and stuff for a bit before we actually hooked up. He texts me first thing in the morning .. the last thing he does before he goes to bed is text me. He is utterly amazing. But YOUNG. lol. What are your thoughts on younger guys...??

I've been dating younger lately, too. I'm 35, the last few guys I've been seeing were 29-30ish. I'm seeing someone now who is my age, but that is rare. The 30ish range is hard since a lot of people are off the market at that time. And honestly, some men 35-40 were looking a little long in the tooth. I don't mind a "young" 40, but I don't want to be with someone who looks and acts like an old man. I don't really party a lot but my lifestyle still seems to fit better with late 20s/early 30's rather than late 30's/early 40's. No kids, etc. I think as long as they are over 25, it's all good. 25 seems to be when you hit more of a maturity factor. There is still an extended adolescence somewhat (especially in big cities) if you are under 25. And you don't want someone who is just a cougar hunter which is a bit of a trend with some 18-25 year old dudes.

Okay, I will add this to my naughty bucket list. I need a younger man. I'm 32.. what would be considered a "youngen" for me? Maybe a 24 year old??

I dated a 45 year old and though he didn't look it, he acted like it. Blah. I guess I am a party girl at times and he was NOT into the late partying which is fine... he's been there done and so have I but obviously I still like to have wild nights.
