    Hello there!

    I was assigned to this team! Just finished the exercises and 1 mile on the treadmill! :flowerforyou:

    Please go back and check the spreadsheet. I think you accidentally logged your points on Sunday rather than Monday. You need to change them to Monday when you get a chance.

    Hello Team,

    I just want to say that our team has grown in numbers which makes it even more important that each of you log your numbers on the spreadsheet EACH DAY before you go to bed. If you have any questions or don't understand how to log your numbers, please make a post in the Questions and Problems thread or send me a message.

    I've noticed that several of you have not logged anything from yesterday and I don't know if you didn't exercise or if you just haven't logged it yet, so please get in the habit of doing this every day.

    Thanks. We have a great team and I look forward to working with all of you.

    Sounds like everyone is off to a good start!
    Yesterday I finished the challenge, had 13 glasses of water and was under my calorie goal

    Oh goodness. The Girl Scouts descended upon my office building this morning. Avoid eye contact! Avoid drooling over delicious cookies!

    The good news is I have lunch plans at a healthy restaurant that requires a long walk to/from so I will keep that good motivation in mind as I rush past the Lobby of Temptation. :bigsmile:

    Took me a while to figure this all out and get it logged in, but YAY! Good Day for all it seems! Keep up the awesome work, everyone!

    Today was a wonderful day. The rain and wind pounded all morning and then the sun came out so bright. I was able to take Sadie for her walk. She was so happy! I was able to plant a few flowers so the deck looks great! I feel so blessed by the Lord. I am building a healthy temple today. May your homes be filled with the peace of God and may you all have a restful night.
