Have not felt well this week so am falling behind!
Today I did my very first Leslie DVD I ever bought - Walk Slim 3 Fast Miles. And found my second wind this afternoon and did 2 Miles with intervals.

On 04.24th I had 23 miles left to go.
Did 2.5 miles on 26.04. and 5 miles (Fat burn walk) on 27.04.
This morning 5 miles ( 5day walk plan)
So still 10.5 to walk.
I really don''t know if I get the last miles in within the next 3 days. If not: at least I tried and did my best. Our puppy keeps me more than busy :ohwell:

Hello everyone-Sorry I've been gone on a Retreat last weekend and the two weeks leading up to it have been really crazy..well this whole month has been super busy..more than usual. Anyway glad to be back on schedule. Here it goes...I did miss 3 days one
week and 2 on another week however I did get in 5 days this week!!!
April Goal: 84 Miles Monday -Friday

Starting slow. Took an extended break from caring about my health and i'm severely paying for it now. Have to start again with baby steps.
I mainly do the Leslie Sansone DVD's but will occasion go out for a walk.
My baby re-starting goal is: 50 miles

LOL! Well, sweetie, neither did I so guess I too am banished to the green miles. I will be doing grapevine kickbacks in my sleep.
I came up 8 short of my goal of 90.
Managed to do 4 Mile Punch up your walk today but was also feeling ill over the weekend.
SO - GOAL 90
