Have a good evening, All!0 -

Week 3
Day 1
Exercises - yes
Water - 9
Under Calories - yes
Walked 1.5 miles on towards my evening walk challenge
I only did 15 double crunches. I know I really should commit and do more double crunches, but I'm a baby step type of gal and I'm going to do as many as I can on top of my normal exercises. I just don't want to over do it and then give up. Been down that road and know where it got me.
Hope everyone has a great week and keep on keepin' on.0 -

GOOD morning! MY Lower back is a bit stiff this morning, but do not think it is the double crunches...think it was pounding hard pavement for so long yesterday when DIL and I pushed the baby stroller all over town in some very high winds yesterday! I am not used to walking so much on pavement...my normal walking is done on dirt roads, which are much kinder to your back and joints. Need to STRETCH it out after such a day!
Going to go for a bit of a run with my son before he takes me to the airport ....should be interesting to try to keep up with my 28 year old ...maybe he will be kind to his old Mother!!!
Have a wonderful day! :flowerforyou: Kackie0 -

Ok, somewhere I missed something. For what length of time is the 32500 calories burned and the 1950 minutes of exercise being calulated for? I started mine over each week and think that maybe I shouldn't have done that.0 -

It didn't rain today!!! Tomorrow it is supposed to rain, plus tomorrow is grandma-sitting day. Thursday is my long work day, so I did manage to get a bit ahead on the walking challenge. Well......caught up and a *little* bit ahead, lol. I'm 1.25 miles up, so hopefully it will clear up tomorrow by the time we're home so I can get 2-4 miles in. Thursday there just is no time in my day before dark to even consider going out for a walk.
Today my first plank was 45 seconds. Second was 30 and the last one was only 20 seconds......My goal is to be able to stay up a whole 60 seconds at least for the first one, and no less than 45 seconds for the third, by the end of the 13 week challenge.0
