LOL...I know, isn't it annoying when someone says they love something that makes you want to hurt people...lol.
I did Workout 5 for the second time this morning and it felt much better. I was able to push harder with better form, which resulted in a better workout. Still not in love with wood choppers, but I WILL conquer them!0
