Agree...my goal is 165. I am very muscular and curvy. I don’t want to go smaller than 150.0 -

I was 125 when I graduated high school and 141 when I was discharged from the army at 19 so I think it would be nice to get back down to around those weights. It is funny how when you calculate your BMI it gives such a big range as healthy for your height!0 -

getting back to 150 would be great! Since I have a large bone structure anything much lower than that and I start to look sickly skinny. When out and bought me a stationary bike the other day to go with my wii fit0
