    165. The lowest I've been in my adult life was 145 and that looked really slim on me. Funny how we have different body types even though we're all 5'7'! I couldn't imagine being under 140!

    Agree...my goal is 165. I am very muscular and curvy. I don’t want to go smaller than 150.

    I want to be 170lb. Current weight is 259lb from back to back post pregnancy weight:sad: :blushing:

    I'm aiming for 170 as well, large frame and i know i look like a lollipop when i go lower than that :)............i might re assess when i get there (again)

    I was 125 when I graduated high school and 141 when I was discharged from the army at 19 so I think it would be nice to get back down to around those weights. It is funny how when you calculate your BMI it gives such a big range as healthy for your height!

    getting back to 150 would be great! Since I have a large bone structure anything much lower than that and I start to look sickly skinny. When out and bought me a stationary bike the other day to go with my wii fit :)

    I have a large build so I don't know what would be a good weight for me? I am guessing 140 but that is just what the charts say for someone my height.

    Can't remember if I posted here already or not... but my goal is about 175. I weighed 175 when I graduated HS, and I looked awesome. I don't think I could maintain anything smaller than that...

    somewhere between 130 and 145. I've never been anywhere near that small, so I honestly don't know how I'll look and feel until I'm there! But I don't think I could imagine going below 130. I have a medium build, and broad shoulders and chest, so any lower than that and I'd probably look disproportionate... not cute! lol
