Grandma didn't need to be lifted or caught, thank goodness - I'm not sure I would have been capable! I am SORE. I've just tried to keep moving today because every time I get still for long at all, I about can't start back up again! I'm going to have to modify some of these....can't risk dropping any of my old sweeties, and 3/4 of my business is elderly folks.0 -

I definitely missed my run yesterday because of the storms. And I’m still behind on the exercise challenges but I LOVE pushing it to the limit! I don’t know if I’ll get them in by Sunday. I have the Dirty Girl Mud Run tomorrow – so exciting!

It's not that I haven't done any challenge exercises this week, but that Tuesday was the only day I accomplished them well enough and did them ALL, so I haven't felt right giving myself credit any other days. I'm hoping I am getting stronger and will be able to get a full 2-3 days worth done this next week, then work my way back up to 6 days as time goes by! Right now I'm still really sore, and feel kind of weak even while walking. But at least I CAN keep up with the walking, and that can only help in my goals.
For those that didn't see my status update on Fri, I have set my calories to maintenance and am going to try zigzagging for a few weeks. That's why I am now posting how much under maintenance I am.0 -
