Oh I love challenges!
Posting it here also so I can keep on top of it!
My first week! But I will give it a shot! Starting low because I have a long way to go but watch out...before long I will be doing 5000 with ya!

FYI---this isn't my typical workout day!!! I've only just today started doing the elliptical in the morning and in the afternoon. In the morning, I'm at home doing a 30 min 400+ calorie routine. And in the afternoon, it's a specific routine. I also down mow the lawn or get on the recumbent bike everyday either!!!!0 -
