    Oh I love challenges!

    Posting it here also so I can keep on top of it!

    My first week! But I will give it a shot! Starting low because I have a long way to go but watch out...before long I will be doing 5000 with ya!

    Weekly Goal: 2000
    Mon: 454 (strength training and 1 mile Leslie Sasone)
    Tues: calories burned (how they were burned)
    Wed: calories burned (how they were burned)
    Thur: calories burned (how they were burned)
    Fri: calories burned (how they were burned)
    Sat: calories burned (how they were burned)
    Sun: calories burned (how they were burned)

    Total: 454
    Left to go: 1546

    Mon: 1302 (elliptical, mowing the lawn, elliptical again and recumbent bike)
    Tues: calories burned (how they were burned)
    Wed: calories burned (how they were burned)
    Thur: calories burned (how they were burned)
    Fri: calories burned (how they were burned)
    Sat: calories burned (how they were burned)

    FYI---this isn't my typical workout day!!! I've only just today started doing the elliptical in the morning and in the afternoon. In the morning, I'm at home doing a 30 min 400+ calorie routine. And in the afternoon, it's a specific routine. I also down mow the lawn or get on the recumbent bike everyday either!!!!
