    Weekly Goal: 2500 (Upped my goal from last week by 500!)
    Mon: 740 ( 1 mile Leslie Sansone, 7 min Turbo Jams and strength training)
    Tues: 986 ( 1 mile, 10 min Turbo Jams and strength training (added 4 more))
    Wed: 779( strength training, 12 min Turbo Jams)
    Thur: 236( just strength training)
    Fri: calories burned (how they were burned)
    Sat: calories burned (how they were burned)
    Sun: calories burned (how they were burned)

    Total: 2741
    Left to go: GOAL plus 241
