    Exercise Minutes: 341 (thanks to a good deal of gardening yesterday!)
    8+ glasses of water daily: (yes or no) I wasn't tracking it Sat due to crazy schedule but I'm going to say Yes
    Personal Goal: (yes or no & remind us what it was) nope, but I'm going to keep trying (<40% carbs 4/7 days)

    My goals for this week are

    400 mins/4200 calories burned

    at least 5 cups of water per day

    multivitamin everyday

    I only logged 368 mins (couldn't get out of the bed on Sunday :grumble: ) of exercise but I did get 4410 calories burned.

    Yes to the daily vitamin.
    No to the water intake.
