This month's challenge is tied to what happens in the Euro 2012 football tournament. Every team has an exercise assigned to it and for every goal that team scores, we have to perform 5 of those exercises. At the quarter final stage this changes to 10 per goal as there are less games played.
Spain (Sit Ups)
Germany (Sit Ups)
Holland (Star Jumps)
England (Star Jumps)
France (Squats)
Italy (Squats)
Portugal (Lunges)
Russia (Lunges)
Poland (Tricep Dips)
Ukraine (Tricep Dips)
Croatia (Mountain Climbers)
Sweden (Mountain Climbers)
Czech Rep. (Press Ups)
Denmark (Press Ups)
Ireland (Burpees)
Greece (Burpees)
The tournament doesn't start until the 8th June but there are some friendly games played up to the 5th June. So we'll start with any goals scored by the above teams in friendlies and go though to the final on the 1st July.
I'll update each morning with the previous days scores so we all know what exercises need doing.
Put your name down if you want to join in.

Em, let me see, two things I couldn't like less.
The exercise is a necessary but football we could all do without! (Ok I’m setting myself up here as a target)
If your going to keep us updated with the scores, I’ll give it a go.
I might even be able to impress everyone at work with my new football knowledge!0 -
Hi Terry
I'm up for it. As I'm away from June 4th for a week, any chance you could message me the exercises and I will do them whilst I'm on holiday?
