On my second week with MFP: new to this group! I absolutly love Leslie Sansone DVDS so I'm in!

Goal: 60 miles
Completed today (6/18) – 5 miles (Leslie Sansone 5 Mile Fat Burn DVD)

I've been on vacation, so I havn't been logging daly :ohwell: But I've still been walking almost daily and keeping track on my pocket calender. I just need to be better about your diet. Its very easy to over do it when your off visiting family and away from home. But I'm haveing lots of fun. and will get back on track when I get home next week.

Work has been crazy this week, so just now getting caught up.
On Thursday, I did 2 miles and today did 5 mile fat burning walk.

it's a little harder then i thought it would be those 20 minutes of Jillian kicks my butt I barely made my 60 mile challenge i have to bang out my last 5 miles tonight on level 2 of shred now0 -
