    On my second week with MFP: new to this group! I absolutly love Leslie Sansone DVDS so I'm in! :)

    Goal: 60 miles

    Completed today (6/18) – 5 miles (Leslie Sansone 5 Mile Fat Burn DVD)

    Total completed – 5 miles

    Left to complete – 55 miles

    I've been on vacation, so I havn't been logging daly :ohwell: But I've still been walking almost daily and keeping track on my pocket calender. I just need to be better about your diet. Its very easy to over do it when your off visiting family and away from home. But I'm haveing lots of fun. and will get back on track when I get home next week.

    did a walk on lunch and hit the treadmill after dinner... 4.5 miles all together

    Happy Saturday!

    Work has been crazy this week, so just now getting caught up.

    On Thursday, I did 2 miles and today did 5 mile fat burning walk.

    GOAL - 60 MILES
    SO FAR 44 MILES
    LEFT - 16!!! Woo hoo! Going to try to knock these out early and make my goal for once! LOL

    My son's softball tournament is all day today so only time for 1 mile.
    I did one of the 12 min miles on the 5 mile walk.

    Didn't get a workout in yesterday so making up for it today!

    Did one of my all time favorites - walk your belly flat - 3Mile

    GOAL - 60 MILES
    SO FAR - 47 Miles
    TO GO - 13 Miles

    Happy Thursday! We are getting close!

    Today I did 4 Mile punch - always a good one!

    GOAL - 60 MILES
    SO FAR 51 MILES
    LEFT 9 Big ones

    Do we want to do another one in July????????? I'll get it started. I will probably have a smaller goal, I am losing pounds but not inches, so may try some 30 DS or Turbo Jam in July.

    it's a little harder then i thought it would be those 20 minutes of Jillian kicks my butt I barely made my 60 mile challenge i have to bang out my last 5 miles tonight on level 2 of shred now

    Happy Saturday and final day of the June Challenge!

    I am going to come up short 4.5 miles this month - sometimes you just gotta let it go and not sweat the small stuff right?

    GOAL - 60 MILES
    END TOTAL 55.5 MILES

    I am planning to walk with Leslie in July but want to focus more on some strength.

    I didn't see any interest in a july challenge yet, so if someone else would like to get it started, feel free!

    I didn't make it;0! But I think having a goal means I got more in than I would have otherwise.
