Pre-preg weight was 155.6... I had lost a bit before I found out we were pregnant. I'm kinda using the weight I was when I found out as my pre-preg weight, because I got pregnant during the holidays and was eating and drinking with abandon at that time, so feel I might have been up a bit anyway.

Doctor's appointment tomorrow, hopefully I'll get the thumbs up that everything is going well. The little man has been kicking and moving up a storm lately so that's reassuring.
I definitely think that in my case keeping up the exercise has been my saving grace for healthy weight gain, because although I make sure to pack lots of healthy nutrient dense food I also eat ice cream/cake/pie on a daily basis. Even though I know there are healthier options for dessert (fruit, yogurt, etc) I never let myself eat treats before pregnancy and now it seems I need a special treat every day. I hope I can cut out this habit once the baby is born but for now I'm really enjoying it0 -

My gain has been a bit disappointing, but my doctor honestly has not mentioned my weight being a problem once so I guess until they tell me I'm doing poorly to not stress too much. All my lab work has been great so far, so hopefully I don't get too many more of these massive 4 pound spikes!
