    Spent two hours cutting my own hair over the weekend cuz I can’t stand straight & lean forward for too long anymore lol.
    I often feel full when I’m 3/4 done with normal food portion and have to eat something again in 1.5-2 hrs. It’s not because I’m craving for something but I’m actually feeling hungry. Hopefully that’s a normal way to handle when I eat without starving the baby! Looks like gaining about 0.5 kg every week for the next 8-9 weeks is doable and not too less...?!

    I had to stop running last week, which is really hard for me :( My first pregnancy I was able to run up until the day I gave birth. But I started having extreme pelvic pain and just cant handle it anymore. Still keeping up my full body strength workouts 4 times per week and the elliptical when I can, but it is getting really hard to find the time and energy in these final weeks, I feel like my 2.5 year old has gotten even more active and i can't keep up. Part of me has just completely stopped caring about trying to remain active, while another part of me is screaming inside that I can't do what I used to. I know that life only becomes harder once the baby is born so I'm trying so hard to stay on top of everything now, but oh my lord its so much harder with a toddler running around.

    Today is the first day of 34 week. We moved to a new place at the end of 32 week & I started to feel the impact of pregnancy on lower body! Can’t stand for too long anymore and feel tired easier...
    Was told at 32 week appointment that my weight gain is good (slow and steady) & I should aim a 0.5kg (1lb) gain per week from now on (of course baby girl is doing very well :smiley: ). That’ll give me another 3-3.5kg to gain in the next 6-7 weeks and total weight gain around 8 kg...
    We’ll see how it goes!
