Ran in the rain - love it!!! I did wait until it was just lightly raining, but it was awesome. Got PRs for 5K, 4 miles, and 5 miles! (30:29, 40:45 and 52:42). Great times for me, since I frequently run in the 11 - 12 range. Decided to push harder today and was definitely able to up my pace. Did get side stitches around 4 miles, so last mile was slower, but still a great time!

SUN: Washed car - inside & out... only exercise really all day (then, of course, thunderstorms overnight... grr! figures.)
MON: 1.25 lunch walk + 3.23mi after dinner run (81deg, 41% humidity. Just turn those sprinklers on ppl so I can run thru them.... plllllllzzzzz!!)
TUE: 1.25 lunch walk + 13.92mi cycling (road)

Hi, all! The humidity is Alabama has been hellish this weekend, and it's not letting up so far..it really affects my running times. What doesn't kill me makes me stronger, right?
