After my great fast run on Tuesday (in the rain), had a rough run on Saturday. Was at the beach for a couple days, was dehydrated, and it was warm out. Was going to do 7 miles, but major side stitches (from the dehydration).

Hi, all! The humidity is Alabama has been hellish this weekend, and it's not letting up so far..it really affects my running times. What doesn't kill me makes me stronger, right?

On Wednesday, I did something to my right knee, so I thought I'd just go for a walk on Thursday. Not a great idea. I've had it elevated and icing since. Hope to get out there tomorrow if it is feeling better. I'm horrified of injurying it worse!0 -
