    Week 1 Goals:
    Run/Jog 7 Miles
    Walk 4 Miles (at work)
    Bike Ride

    Day 1: 0
    Day 2: lots of walking
    Day 3: Jog 3 miles, Walk 1 mile
    Day 4: 0
    Day 5: Jog 1 mile, Walk 1 mile
    Day 6: lots of walking
    Day 7: Jog 4 miles

    Week 1 Totals:
    Jog 8 miles (goal exceeded)
    Walk 4+ miles (goal exceeded)
    Bike: FAIL :(


    Week 2 Goals: same
    Jog 7, walk 4, bike any

    Day 8: Bike ride 25 minutes
    Day 9: Jog 2+ miles, walk 1 mile
    Day 10: Walk 1 mile
    Day 11: Jog 2.5 miles, spin bike 10 minutes
    Day 12: Walk 1.5 miles

    Remaining for week 2:
    Jog 2-3 miles
    Walk a mile (probably did that today walking around the office, TOTALLY wasn't sedentary today)
    Ride a bike

    I'm at 13 miles so far for the month; my goal is to run 10 miles next week. :)

    I'm Out.

    Sorry, gonna have to drop this challenge. My iPhone was stollen, I have no idea how far I'm running (yes, I know there are websites out there, I used to use USATF Map It, which I love, but I just don't have the time these days to track and map every run.) I'm still running a lot, and might meet my goal of 31 miles ran this month, but I am not keeping track anymore. Losing my iPhone has really hurt my tracking/logging.

    I'm getting a new phone through my work, and will be back on track soon. Maybe I"ll set a new, personal, higher mileage goal for Aug. :)
